In Moscow, at least four Russians
accused of spying for the CIA
were to be sent west today,
including Igor Sutyagin,

have the chance to prove
he was not guilty.
The three others to be set free
by the Russians in the swap
are also Russians described as
senior military and
intelligence officials,
who were serving
long prison sentences
for their contacts with the CIA.
