Finally from us tonight,
an amazing rags-to-riches story.
Indra Tamang grew up
in a mud hut in Nepal.
Then, he came to New York
to work as a butler.
This week the humble butler
became a millionaire
inheriting two apartments
and all the precious artwork
inside of them
from the woman he worked for,
a former actress named Ruth Ford.
And these aren't
just any apartments.
They're in the ultra exclusive
Dakota, home to such notables
as Leonard Bernstein,
Judy Garland and John Lennon.
Tamang already has put one of
the two apartments on the market
to pay for the inheritance taxes.
He plans to keep living
in his home,
which is in the borough of Queens.
きょう最後のニュースは
