The President has a physical
and we all learn from the results.
The President appears to be
in great shape.
But his doctor is concerned
about his LDL,
so-called "bad cholesterol level,"
at 138,
up 42 points since 2007
and rated "borderline high" by
the American Heart Association.
On the way back from his exam
at the National Naval
Medical Center,
the President said, quote,
I just have to say no
to dessert more often.
His doctor says he also has to
say no to cigarettes,
a habit the President spoke about
last summer.
As a former smoker
I constantly（絶えず） struggle with it.
Have I fallen off the wagon
sometimes? Yes.
The President said
he was 95% cured(治る)
and never smoked
in front of his kids.
