The First Family
celebrated Easter
at the Allen Chapel African
Methodist Episcopal Church
in Washington, Southeast.
Worshippers(礼拝者) were forced to(～せざるを得ない､強要させられる) wait
in long lines
and latecomers were turned away(追い払われる、断られる)
for security reasons.
When the President
first came to Washington,
he said his family would explore
local churches before joining one.
He now says
they'll remain(～のままである) without a church
because their presence(出席、参列)
